International Shipping & Importer of Record Status All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our partner’s warehouse in Leicester, UK. Upon completion of payment, the customer officially assumes the role of "Importer of Record".
Transfer of Risk: The legal risk of loss, damage, or delay is transferred to the customer the moment the parcel leaves the UK fulfilment centre. VAPEXPERIENCE acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for the performance of third-party couriers (Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, etc.).
Non-Delivery & Customs: > * If a parcel is lost, delayed, or stolen in transit, VAPEXPERIENCE will not issue a refund or replacement unless the courier company provides an official insurance pay-out to us.

VAPEXPERIENCE is not liable for seizures, destructions, or delays caused by Customs authorities. Any import duties, VAT, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
